Yoga can be a therapeutic adjunct to medical care, a complement to other activities, or a pathway to greater well-being.

Yoga is a powerful, proven tool to improve health and wellness—on its own or alongside medical care, physical therapy, coaching, or talk therapy.

As a certified and experienced teacher and yoga therapeutic specialist, I offer students a tailored, alignment-based yoga practice that can be used as a therapeutic adjunct to medical care, a complement to other activities, a pathway to greater well-being, or to manage health conditions. 

Drawing on training with Yoga Medicine, Schuyler Grant, and others, I specialize in:

Trained in the fusion of Eastern and Western modalities, my teaching blends a focus on anatomy, physiology and healthy alignment with the traditional aspects of yoga, including breath work, mindfulness and self awareness.
